Grab a journal, take a deep breath, and let's explore: 1️⃣ Am I making decisions based on my true desires, or am I trying to meet others' expectations? 2️⃣ Do I feel a sense of peace and fulfillment with the way I live my life? 3️⃣ When was the last time I felt truly alive ?
