Did you know that you have a right to be mindful of where your precious energy is spent?!

This is one of my favourite topics — and most commonly talked about with clients.

Here is a link to episode one of my podcast, as I mention: Apple podcasts here and Spotify here.

In this episode I speak about:

  • energetic vacuums and radiators
  • not taking on other people's negative projections
  • holding your own in who you are, what you do and why
  • knowing your approach is valid and expressing resistance to receiving unsolicited advice
  • letting go of people pleasing and over apologising
  • menstrual cycle awareness (and pre-menstrual TRUTH) and planning your diary to avoid certain things and people
  • inner child work
  • looking after me and how it helps me and my daughter
  • the mother load
  • Dr Gabor Maté's research on women and ill health

Themes: Boundaries, Parenting, Motherhood, Mental Health

At the end, I share a poem written by Danielle Doby.
