In our first episode, we head into our mini-series on living as your Authentic Self. Stephanie and Jodie dig deep into why it’s important to know who you truly are, and uncover the power that lies in being vulnerable. They talk about the significance of getting rid of habits we've picked up along the way and welcoming our unfiltered selves. Have you ever thought about the toxicities from your past that trigger you now, and the role your inner child plays in all of this? Well, we're going to dive right into it. We're also going to talk about how to set boundaries and create safe spaces where you can be vulnerable without fear.

Jodie and Stephanie attempt to answer questions like:

What does it mean to be your authentic self?

How can we get comfortable with being vulnerable and open?

How can we recognize and process our shadows?

How can we change things for the next generation?

Chapters:

(00:00) - Embracing Authenticity

Exploring authentic self, masks, sensitivity, self-care, and blending personal/professional.

(09:45) - Discovering Your Authentic Self

Exploring triggers, boundaries, inner child, and authentic self to create a safe space for vulnerability.

(14:29) - Building Authenticity and Self-Reflection

Recognizing and processing shadows, using affirmations and gratitude to connect with authentic self, and discussing raw emotions.
