Have you ever taken the time to really look at the kids in your life and see the incredibly valuable lessons they are teaching you?

I’ve been feeling all the feels lately because my daughter Reese is turning 16 this month, which is crazy to even say, and it feels like Reagan, my 8-year-old, has gone from a little kid to a big kid pretty much overnight.

So I’ve been doing what moms usually do and reflecting on all of it, so I want to share some insight with you and pass on the biggest lessons that my girls have been teaching me.

I have a challenge for you. If you have children in your life whether they are your own kids, your friend’s kids, nieces or nephews, or even your students, I want you to pay attention to the way they approach life because it’s so eye-opening, and I firmly believe that the children in our lives can be the greatest teachers.

And if you have any lessons you want to share that you’ve learned from the kids in your life, send me a DM because I would love to hear them!

In this episode, we chat about:

  • Finding the good in others
  • Not being afraid to try new things
  • The power of authenticity

Oh and I cried, so there’s that!
