Real talk in today’s episode! When I am planning out my podcast episodes and I write down all of my ideas, my brain is so full of things to say, stories I want to share, conversations I want to have, and this usually happens so naturally for me.
However, today I don’t have one damn thing I want to say, and that shit is SO normal. You don’t have to be inspired 100% of the time. It’s okay to not always be on and to have an off day. It happens to every single one of us.
And while I could’ve easily recorded this tomorrow, I really do appreciate when people share real behind-the-scenes moments of their own life journey, because I know it makes me feel seen and heard, and I wanted to do that for you.
So, I hope that this gives you permission to be okay and not make it mean anything if you’re not lit the fuck up all the time because tomorrow is a brand new day.
