The secret to drinking like a normal person is not perfection. There is no "right" amount of alcohol that you should or shouldn't drink.

The truth of your experience with (and without) alcohol is always changing based on your stress, hormones, social dynamics, sleep needs, etc.

It's not what you think, it's how you feel.

You have to learn how to deal with what is--instead of what "should be." How much you drank last night is NOT what matters when you wake up with a hangover. It's how you respond to yourself and your needs in the present moment.

In this episode, I breakdown a recent "emergency" call from one of my clients. Get the step by step process I use to orient yourself within the process of change next time you wake up and realize you "did it again."
