For many clinicians, and even myself at one point, failure makes you feel like you’re dying. This makes total sense because of how we’ve come into our positions as working clinicians. Failure is actually a thought, and if you want to magnify your impact as a clinician, you need to move past this perception that failure is a matter of life or death.
