I’m here with a simple message today: it’s okay not to feel okay. We obviously want to provide a supportive environment for our clients, but it’s time to extend that support to ourselves in our work as clinicians. All you need are a couple of tools to help you be more effective in this area, so stick around for some useful tips you can apply when you aren’t feeling your best.

Discover why it’s really okay to not feel okay in your work as a clinician. Learn how to have compassion for yourself when you don’t feel your best, why believing you should always feel happy is never going to create positive feelings, and how to accept that sometimes, you need to sit with your emotion instead of trying to change them.
