This conversation with Dr. Jim Bradley on Falling down 7x, getting up 8, is a noble mindset among people involved in Resilience - but how? What's step one, and what about steps 2 and 3 for that matter. This is a conversation about falling face first and getting back up better than when you went down.

Meet Dr. Jim Bradley:

Dr. Jim Bradley is a graduate of Ph.D and M.B.A with experiences across multiple sectors including pharmacy and medical devices. He is currently living in Ennis Co. Clare with his wife and 3 childrens. He established a Catalysis Consulting back in 1998 where he trained around 30,000 people in management development and compliance topics. He also coached 400 team leaders, senior directors and business owners. His interests include Karate and Sportif Cycling.

Dr. Bradley was an author of three books; RISE UP, LASERR (a framework for effective project initiation) and Striking back at Stroke. His latest book, Striking back at Stroke, is about using karate-do in recovery after a Stroke.
