I cover a lot of ground in this episode including some real life examples from the past few weeks to set up some new insights on: co-regulation, self-regulation, emotional regulation (or the absence there of - dysregulation) before sharing the practice I am inside of to find my way out, along with a wee stopover to Carl Jung's two cents where he says: "Unless you make the unconscious, conscious, it will rule your life and you will call it fate."

So in a nutshell, this episode is really about those uncomfortable emotions being the way in, if you are to find your way out.
