In this episode I speak with Natasha Gilbert about what body confidence is, how to start the journey of finding your authentic self and how the commercialised idea of body confidence has a negative impact on sex.

About Natasha:

Natasha is a body confidence and wellness coach, helping people to transform their physical, emotional and spiritual relationships with her background in activism and holistic practice. Whilst working to empower people from marginalised communities, she guided self-love meditations for thousands of people with embodied trauma. She now combines transformational coaching with chakra healing, yin yoga and inner child visualisation to help people transcend body shame and unlock the powerful experience of total freedom. She does 1:1 deep healing journeys, and specialises in supporting people with embodied trauma, bereavement, health ailments or long-term body shame. She also runs sacred circles in Brighton to collectively empower women to embrace their imperfections and realness.
