In this podcast I speak with Viktoria Krug who is the owner of Vulvarium where she does vulva sculpting. We discuss connecting to the vulva, the anatomy of the vulva and how to battle shame around this topic.

Viks information is below:

My name is Viki and I am the person behind Vulvarium and the vulva castings.

On paper, I am 27 years old and Austrian, but it sometimes feels as if I have lived quite a few different lives already. I consider this a good thing and I am indeed very happy with who I am and with the direction my life is going.

Owning less and living more has so far been my best recipe and my glass is always half full – mostly with delicious, vegan red wine.

I’ve been very lucky when it comes to traveling the world. Studying abroad, working abroad, spending months on the road with nothing but a backpack and sunburn has been a big part of my life and I have left parts of my heart all over the globe.

One thing I have learned from all these voyages is, that no matter how far you go, you can never really escape from your own mind and heart. Because paradise is not a place, but a state of mind.

So how do we reach this state of mind?

And, most importantly, how do we remain there once we’ve finally found it?

I believe that it all comes down to staying true to ourselves, doing what we love and following our hearts and dreams. And then to figure out how we can improve the lives of the people around you.

“Where your talents and the world's needs cross, there lies your vocation”.

And this is exactly how Vulvarium started.

I’ve heard and seen enough about how a woman’s* body is supposed to be like.

So here I am, arty and crafty, aligning my actions with my ideals, using my talents to build the kind of world I want to live in as well as the kind of world my future children should be living in. This is me doing my part so that every person with a vulva can feel beautiful, proud and happy in their body, with one worry less standing in their way of finding their own paradise.
