Hey Sister,

I was sitting here today and feeling insanely grateful for everything that has happened in the last month and even everything that happened for the last twenty-seven years.

(Check out Ep #132 Happy Birthday to Me! 7 Thing I Learned Before Turning 27 )

Ever felt that this personal development stuff is just too much? You are doing all the affirmations, all the journaling, and the coaching, etc...

If you are trying your best to better yourself and it just seems like such hard work, I invite you to see this as an opportunity to break open into being the best version of who you are.

Here's All The Good Stuff I covered Today:

  • Resilience and consistency are already within you.
  • Letting go of the need for approval and validation.
  • The importance of loving yourself for all of you.

Everything That We Are Looking for is Already Within Us:

If you are trying to find resilience and consistency, it’s already within you. When you were a child and were learning to walk, you didn’t just give up because you fell a few times. You fell, and you got back up.

If this isn’t coming to then maybe you are not doing it the right way for you or maybe it isn’t for you. We have over come fear, we have been creative, we have been resilient. We have fallen off trees, ran with friends, and gotten back up.

Everything was programmed within us until different stories happened. By stories, I mean pressures and judgments.

Working for Approval and Validation:

As a podcaster, I KNOW that some people are just not going to like me. But are we here for someone else’s approval and validation? No. When we work for someone else’s approval and validation, we give them a piece of ourselves that we could have given ourselves.

The more we work for approval and validations, the less of it we will receive it. Nobody really benefits. If Lady Gaga said “I am not going to wear this meat dress because of what others are going to think”, would she the unique boss sister she is now?

No, she rocked that meat dress and made some fantastic music (and probably had an hour shower afterward).

Love Yourself:

When we stop living for validation and acceptance and in fear of judgement, then what do we live for? We live for a different kind of love; SELF LOVE. A little more cheese for that pizza? Maybe, but you need to love yourself for ALL of you and not just parts of you.

If we all loved ourselves for who we are, the world would look completely different.

I have couple slots open for through my private practice for any boss lady that wants to feel fulfilled and purposeful, sister you can sign up for my VIP private coaching right here sexyfit.com/coaching.

With love,

Zlata
