Let’s talk about journaling. How does journaling help with trauma symptoms like anxiety, stress or depression?

If you struggle with feeling overwhelmed and unable to process feelings, journaling can benefit you.

It gives you the opportunity to sit and process while engaging multiple areas of the brain for problem-solving, lifting moods and increasing self-awareness.
I also provide tips on how to begin journaling in a way that suits you, and then I share my journaling process.

I hope you find this helpful.

Blessings and Love.
