Welcome back Sister-friend šŸ‘‹šŸ½

Loneliness is on the rise, and in some countries like the UK, it is considered an epidemic, so much so that the UK Government appointed a Secretary of Loneliness to address this concern.

In addition, during the pandemic, we saw a rise in loneliness as people were isolated and socially disconnected from friends, family and community. There used to be a stigma attached to loneliness, but now people are more comfortable talking about it.

As the holidays approach, there is likely to be an increase in feelings of loneliness, and today, weā€™ll look at 5 ways you can prepare for the holidays so that you can manage these feelings and navigate the season healthily.
