Seasons Greetings, Sister-friend 👋🏽

Christmas is one week away, and some of you may be excited for the holidays, as you look forward to reconnecting and spending time with loved ones.

Some of you may be just a little bit anxious about the thought of being in the same space as certain relatives. Sure, you love your people, but let’s face it, families can be complicated.

There may have been past hurt, unresolved dramas and traumas that are causing you to worry about getting through the upcoming family events while staying emotionally stable.

Today, I want to share some tips you can use if you are concerned about being triggered this holiday season at family events.

You will walk away with a plan you can implement and execute this season and beyond to deal with any social setting.

I hope you find this episode supportive.

Blessings and Love 😊

Jenniel
