Show Notes

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽

Children learn and develop by playing. When they are allowed to play, they get to explore new things, develop different skills, step outside their comfort zones, and have carefree fun. When there is no pressure or criticism to the play, we seek their creativity to come out, and for any observer, you get a few giggles at the shared joy they experience.
This is the third episode in the inner child series. In episode 27, we looked at foundational concepts of the inner child; last week, in episode 28, I introduced you to the two-handed written dialogue exercise designed to connect you with your inner child. If this is your first time with me, or you missed those two episodes, pause now and listen to those episodes so you get the most benefit from what I’ll be sharing today.

Today, we’ll look at more exercises in the creative activity’s realm to help you connect with and heal your inner child.

I hope this episode blesses you.

Healing and Love 😊
