The month of May was National Mental Health Awareness Month, and there has been emphasis on things you can do and resources you can use to care for yourself.

Today’s quick tips come from Mental Health of America, which outlines six activities you can do one day each week to support better mental health.
Good mental health is essential for leading a fulfilling, productive, and balanced life because it impacts various aspects of well-being, including physical health, relationships, and resilience. Taking proactive steps to prioritize mental health can have far-reaching benefits for individuals and society as a whole.
