Hey Sister-Friend,

How are you doing today? I hope you are well :-)

Today we will look at part 2 of the four pillars of trauma healing every Christian woman should know.

In part one (episode 5), I unpacked the first two pillars of trauma healing, which are:

  • Relational safety and preparation, and
  • Education and skills building

In this episode, I will discuss the last two pillars:

  • Desensitization and Integration
  • Prost traumatic growth and resilience.

Many trauma survivors know they want to heal but are unsure how the process would look. By sharing these foundations, it will provide some insight into what you can expect the trauma-healing journey to entail.
Your exact process would be tailored and co-created between you and your chosen mental health professional. With the information in this episode, you can explore and discuss what would be helpful to your healing.

I hope you enjoy this episode and wish you every success in your trauma-healing journey.

Blessings and Love

Jenniel
