Podcast 4 of the Zen Buddhist Podcasthosted by Buddha Zhen of the shaolinZEN.org Cybertemple.

Buddha Zhen Shen-Lang, founder of the shaolinZEN.org CyberTemple leads weekly Sangha Buddhist Zen lessons to be aired and brodcast each Sunday discussing Chinese Chan Buddhism from the Shaolin Zen CyberTemple.

Buddha Zhen reads from the Shaolin Zen CyberTemple website, the "Buddhism Basics" webpage.

Podcast Host: Buddha Zhen "Spirit Wolf of Truth" Dharma Online: Shaolin Zen CyberTemple BUDDHISM DHARMA FOR TODAY:

"Buddhism Basics of Shaolin Zen"

I have learned an incredible amount from teaching Buddhism, Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan. Often it is the inabilities and difficulties of my students that motivate me to add or alter the lessons so that everyone can comprehend them better. This teaches me to understand them better also.

Even if you are alone, it might be best to still read the pages out loud to yourself. Do not underestimate the value of reading out loud. Similar to talking to someone about your problems, by talking out loud, you engage more parts of your brain and can "hear" your words.

Buddha Zhen explains he will continue on the "Buddhism Basics" starting with the "PAGE 1" link in the upper corner of the webpage.
