Today, we're diving into a thought-provoking topic: the clash between story and phenomena.

Pay attention to the stories you’re creating. When you catch yourself getting caught up in a story this week, pause and bring yourself back the present moment: observe the phenomena.
Bonus Exercise:
Write the story down in your Shattering Ceilings notebook and dissect it. Where did this story come from? What is fact and true about this situation. What phenomena did you observe?
