How often are you zoning out on the news? How about social media? How do you feel energetically, emotionally, and mentally after a media binge?
The world can be scary, overwhelming, and uncertain as heck. The last few weeks have been a ringer. It's easy to get inundated with media overload when we're mindlessly scrolling.
This week, I have this good news to share: You have the power to control how you feel on the inside no matter what's happening on the outside. It all boils down to a little something I call "Cactus and Blanket."
