In our last episode, we got to learn about Jasmine Newton, Owner of Javon Renee Portraits, and how she built her business out of a necessity that turned into a passion and her purpose. But what has happened in Jasmine's life since that interview?
The answer is bittersweet. Shortly after the interview we recorded with Jasmine in 2021 when her business was flourishing - she found herself at odds with her body. While she was going, going, going full-speed in her business, her body forced her to come to a complete stop.
Listen to her story of going through a period of being overwhelmed, exhausted, and struggling to sustain herself and how she has rebuilt her life and business from what she learned during that time. It is a story of determination, resilience, and self-discovery.
