In this episode I dive deep (which for some reason I had trouble saying during the episode...lol) into my story.
When it all began & why.
I talk about the different messages around exercise and the all so confusing multiple theories and advice on food and diet.
I talk about some of my own solutions like Intermittent Fasting that really help with my mood & focus, which is why I'm sticking to it, because honestly I didn't see much change in weight.
I also talk about my go-tos: meditation, journaling, somatic exercise and muscle testing (Kinesiology).
