Welcome back to another episode.
Today we dive into something that came up for me over the last week or so, and I wanted to share it with you - The Summer Blues.
It's that time when you can't believe summer is almost over, and you wish you had more time to enjoy the slower time, time with family and wishing you had been more present.
That's where I am. School is about to start for the kids and I love Back to School time, but I feel a little blue about the end of summer.
BUT, I am super excited to introduce a new series on the podcast starting next week, August 21, 2024 -> Back to School, Back to Health. This will be a 6-week series to help you kickstart your health journey or just restart after some time off during the summer.
I can't wait to share tips, resources and some homework for you each week.
