Inspired by their shared re-evaluation of Blade Runner a few weeks ago, Matt and Ed talk about movies they misjudged, either because they dismissed them only to later discover that they were masterpieces, or fully endorsed before shamefacedly backtracking at a later date. They also discuss Netflix's decision to spend $8 billion of making original movies and $1 on marketing them, getting old, and James Toback. Ed also finds time to rail against Apple's truly appalling update to their podcasting app.
