This concept is the reason I excelled in collegiate sport and it will be the reason you will perform consistently with excellence. If we raise our baseline to a point where we practice perfect form always whether in the gym or another avenue in life, when fatigue sets in, we are much more likely to perform with excellence, negate injury, and do ourselves proud.
