The Struggles of Being a Mom

Being a Mom

Motherhood is not easy. Motherhood has its seasons and each one has its struggles. Looking around in life, at the grocery store or on social media, we as moms are struggling and it is normal, but we don’t have to be alone.

Everywhere we look there are mom’s struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, loneliness, and so much more…

How can we do this “Mom” thing?

As we go through the day to day. Knowing the struggles we have and seeing the struggles of those around us, how do we do it? What “thing” can help us? God. As cliché as this sounds, it is something that one honestly can’t go without. Look at your day, start a day with prayer and gratitude and then start a day without. Which one goes better?

How do we add this element to our day?

Find a friend, a church group, message me. Know that we are all struggling but through prayer and fellowship, we honestly have some of the best examples in our Christian faith- Our Blessed Mother and Jesus. Reach up to them and out to your friends in Christ.

There is no better way to do this Mom thing than with Mary as an example and Christ Jesus at our side.

As always,

Be grateful & have faith!
God Bless!
