  • Find yourself on your computer scrolling, “pretend working” sometimes?
  • Often think or stress about your business when you’re with family or friends or other times you’re technically supposed to be unplugged?
  • Work during vacations?

The answer is yes. Because it’s yes for all of us sometimes.
