Spring is in full swing and so might those seasonal allergies, cough, and runny nose. Today's episode is all about harnessing the healing power in your spice cabinet for the spring season. Spices, herbs and the food we eat is the essence of effective self-care. Without changing our diet we cannot expect the body, which is a product of our diet, to change no matter what else we may attempt. Wrong diet is the main physical cause of disease.
