Food is a really hard thing for me because I only see ingredients not meals/snacks. Dinner is especially hard for me. I was wondering, how do you and Barry navigate the tricky task of deciding what to eat, who cooks etc? Have a great day!
  • Hey there, any tips on trying to kick out sugar cravings? My ADHD brain in the morning… Im never eating chocolate again… then my ADHD brain in the evening… "f" it… give it to me!
