SGT DEREK KOZ talks about PTSD, and how for 30 years he struggled with conveying how he felt and asking for help. He felt alone, even when he knew he was not. He stressed that we need to talk! Talk about how we feel, what is going on in our heads, so we do not have to live as a victim. He talks about how Trauma is different for each person, but you can find common ground with someone who has walked a similar path.
