Through the power of movement, meditation and breath, Cat hopes to bring people in closer alignment to their true self, without shame or judgement. She hopes to make women feel more confident in themselves and to know that the yoga mat can be both a place of deep self-study, but also a space of fun, freedom, aliveness and joy.
