How can you help your kid grow his or her self confidence? By being nice to yourself. Seriously mama! How often do you criticize yourself? What does that tell your kid?

*

In today's episode I tell you about the epiphany I had doing a journalling exercise of the Fall Back in Love with You challenge by IG’s @innertravelcoach Tammy Faulds.

*

Supergirl’s feedback afterwards starting me thinking: what message do we really give our kids if we are constantly criticizing ourselves, not being a able to take a compliment, are always tired or stressed…

*

Thankfully you can start changing that around by doing a short exercise with your kid I share in this podcast. Let me know what came out of it! And on bad days, go back and review the list to give yourself and your kid a little ego love and boost.

*

Stay sane 🧘 Stay happy 💃
