Why you should get a diagnose for ADHD and when you shouldn’t. Getting an ADHD diagnose can be extremely helpful. It can not only provide valuable insights in why and how you or your kid is struggling with certain things. It can also open up a whole can of useful tools like extra help at school, getting CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and of course meds. So, yay! Or not? In this episode of the Special Needs Supermom podcast, I share all the pro’s of getting that diagnose. But also when you shouldn’t get yourself or your kid tested.

ps. And whoops does the recording sound a bit hollow? This ADHD girl forgot to plug in her microphone... no excuse. But letting it go :).

Stay safe, stay sane and stay happy.
