Today's school assembly speaker is Mark Mestaz, also known as the Salty Spiritualist and Coach. He discusses his group project with Rubi, and shares his favorite school supplies and tells us how he brings empathy to all his projects to help him be less reactive and come from a place of nurturing energies. Mark is not your typical life coach. He is a realist and tells you like it is when working with him. Mark and Rubi have been friends since 2002.
