Our perspective creates our reality. Our emotions and level of consciousness are like glasses we look through to see the world. But these glasses can be changed. Renee uses David Hawkins Map of Consciousness and Frederick Dodson's Levels of Energy to describe how our emotions determine our experience and how we can use these tools to create the experiences we want to have. We hold different levels of development in different areas of our lives. The good news is that we are always able to grow and change both our feelings and our life experience.
