Guillermo Escalante, DSc, MBA, ATC, CSCS*D, FISSN: Dr. Escalante is currently the Assistant Dean and Professor of Kinesiology for the College of Natural Sciences at California State University, San Bernardino. He also performs research in the areas of sports nutrition, physique enhancement, sports medicine, and human performance where his work has been published in over 60 peer-reviewed publications and/or presented at regional, national, and international conferences for athletic training, strength & conditioning, and sports nutrition. He is currently the Vice-President of the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
