空手道，其中嘅技同術固然重要，但「道」都係不可忽略嘅一環。前香港空手道代表李剛慧，中學開始學習剛柔流空手道，對於當中嘅既剛且柔、收放自如，有自己一套理解。無論係運動上，定係生活上，其中嘅「道」都一直影響住剛慧，空手道同佢個人嘅成長之路密不可分。因為空手道，剛慧試咗好多新嘅嘢，其中包括參與電視劇《打天下2》嘅拍攝。劇中嘅李天愛同現實中嘅李剛慧有咩唔同？熱愛空手道嘅佢喺推廣呢個運動上面又有啲咩心得？
