This class offers a variable approach to sun salutations for a different strengthening perspective. Listen closely as Stacy gives the explanation in the beginning of class. This movement is a great opportunity to lessen your dependence on momentum, slow down, and develop functional core strength. It is very important that you maintain a lift of the transverse abdominis (navel to spine), in the Plank to Upward Dog transition.
