Wenn innere Bilder uns prägen, dann ist es wichtig darüber nachzudenken, welches innere Bild ich davon habe, wie ich alt alter Mann sein werde. Dabei habe ich nicht darüber nachgedacht, was ich tun werde. Viel wichtiger sind doch die Haltungen, die ich entwickle. Verhalten ist unflexibel, Haltungen bleiben sich treu, passen sich aber je nach Situation an.

Und so stelle ich Dir hier meine gewünschten Haltungen für mein Alter vor.
