Tara Moss is someone that I’ve admired for years, so to be able to share a conversation in a studio with her was an absolute delight. Tara wears many hats, she’s an author with 11 best-selling books and two more in the pipeline, a documentary maker, presenter, journalist, former model, and an advocate for women and children’s rights. She lives and breathes her philosophy to never live the same day twice. Curious at heart, Tara shares how she was always attracted to research and words, even from a young age - where her fellow students at school made their way into her Stephen-King-like stories. Tara is passionate about expression and her latest book Speaking Out is a call to action for all of us to share our stories - in fact it’s not just a nice thing to do, it’s something we all collectively need to hear. We also chatted about self care, and when Tara mentioned that the core of self care is to just find something that makes you smile it made me want to spend a year doing random, fun things to uncover what might make me smile the most. This is incredible conversation and I invite you to dive into the stories shared by the beautiful Tara Moss.
