You don’t have to look far to see that unmet needs are everywhere! This might be in our own lives or in those around us. These needs might be needing to feel respected by peers, to feel seen, to feel heard, and to feel love and validation from their family. All of these are valid and good needs, but the ways we often go about trying to get them met can lead to more disappointment and sabotage in our lives. Listen in to this solo episode as I (Neal) talk more about what causes our needs to go unmet, how to overcome the disappointment we feel because of it, and how to shift our mindsets so we can reap more joy.
