This quote is deep and some say it is vendictive. Some say it teaches you how to manipulate people and use people. But, what I have learned is that this entrepreneurship thing, this life thing is a jungle. And since it is a jungle, you have to learn how to operate in the jungle so that you don’t get eaten or swallowed by your prey. And because of that this book is very important. This book definitely teaches you how to not get taken advantage of. It teaches you how to protect yourself and don’t give anyone a chance to gossip. Don’t ever do anything that is going to make people gossip about you or question you. Cause the second you do that, it is a wreck. It is your life’s artwork. Your reputation is your life. Your reputation is what represents you.
Everyday, every people should know who you are, why you are so amazing, so awesome. And from there, you display with a care of an artist. You represent your life’s artwork, display it with a care of an artist. Display it with care and put the best version of yourself out there consistently.

Stop Trying To Be Authentic
When I say trying to be authentic, this is what I mean. They listen to people and say, make sure you try to be as authentic as possible with your marketing. Make sure you are trying to be you all the time. You cannot try to be you. You cannot try to be real! You cannot try to be authentic. But, you know what you can be? You can be authentic, you can be yourself. Think about it. How many times have you heard people say “Try to be Authentic”, instead of actually saying “Be Authentic”. When you try to be authentic, it is so obvious because your are trying to be something that isn’t you. In turn, it dilutes you and waters you down.
So, for example. I have the whole podcasting itself. But, I am going to give you a brief version. So, I took a training this year like in the beginning of the year. I took a training and I tried to apply this training. I tried to do exactly everything to the T, because I wanted to make money.
Now when I did the training, this is exactly what I did! I followed everything to the T. I did exactly what he said and how he said to do it. Now, I make my offer and everything. When I did that, I made that...I made $0. I was devastated, I was pissed off. I was angry, mad and everything. But, I learned something from the experience and what I learned is, I cannot try to be someone else. I went away from my authentic self just a little bit.
Even if you try to be away from your authentic self just a little bit, what happens is, it's so obvious that people don’t want to buy from you. They won't like you and trust you. If they don’t feel like your being you, they are not going to shop with you. They will not work with you. This is why it is important to be you and stop all this games. So, that is what happened to me.
If you are being yourself unapologetically at all times. Do you know what is going to happen? People are going to recognize that because there is a saying that goes..”REAL recognize REAL”. A person who is real about himself, a person who knows himself, a person who knows exactly who they are. Do you know that if they see somebody out there who is not real, that energy is going to exude out of their pores and they are going to know that this person is being fake. The know this person is trying too hard. Think about that!
It happens all the time! People are trying to be somebody else, just cause they got some training says “Do it like this and it is going to work.” Just because someone said “Do it like this” doesn’t mean it is going to work exactly like that. You have to put your own flavor on things. You have to stop watering yourself down.
Quit copying all this marketing guru who is saying do x,y and z. Know the principles, but do it your way. Cause your way is going to come out to be the best way possible. I am telling you, I made the mistakes. I made it, I do not want you to make the same mistake. I want you to benefit from what I have learned.
Stop trying to be authentic! Be yourself 100% and things will be okay! Stop being someone else, be yourself and make it happen.
