EP38. What do you do when someone shares a sad story? My friend Katie Quesada is an amazing storytelling coach. I’ve had the pleasure of attending her workshops. When I saw a social media post she did a few weeks ago, it literally stopped me dead in my tracks.
We’ve all had a moment when someone shares a deep loss with us and we don’t know what to say. Or maybe you’ve been on the other side. You share a loss with someone and they stumble through a response.
In this episode Katie shares how both sides can do better! She walks us through what it looks like to be present and lean in with the right kinds of questions and understanding. You’ll learn to love your friends and family better when they need it most and how you can share your pain in a way that will help others support you.
I know you’re going to love this conversation!
