Sally Miller was a chemical engineer but decided that her talents pointed to a new career - teaching yoga. Quite a change! She shares her story of transition with us on Stories and Strategies for Women Podcast as well as pointers on her yoga specialty, Yin Yoga, as well as Ayurvedic self-care and Somatic meditation. Sally mentions the faith she had in herself to make such a big change in her career and her life. We ask he where she found that faith and how she was able to tap into it.
