This is my first "Ask Tara Lynn" podcast episode!! I'm so excited and grateful to have listeners who reached out with some questions. Today we talk about fitting in workouts into a busy schedule, "Cat Yoga", and getting past the idea of losing "The One" when it comes to relationships.
