“When we are using stimulants, stimulants don’t give us energy. They stimulate the energy we already have. So we’re not getting more energised because we had some caffeine. That caffeine stimulated the energy in our body, but when we already have stress and woke up with a head full of to-dos, we have enough energy. Adrenaline is already there. Your resources are already activated. Your heart is racing to get all those things achieved on the to-do list.” 6:08
