This is on the 3 pillars of the Your Super way of eating... we get asked all the time how we eat and we break it down in a way that everyone can make steps to change their diet with these easy 3 pillars, each having 3 principles. These 3 simple pillars when trying to understand what steps to follow are 1) Healthy, 2) Easy, and 3) Delicious. Use your common sense and look at the ingredients, paying attention to if there are a lot of ingredients in what you’re buying rather than just one or two simple ones.
