Today’s topic is around focus, and in order to talk about focus, let’s first consider what focus is. Focus is pure attention. It is also called flow, the gap, deep presence, immersion and other names, but it is the fullness of attention given to something. So, focus has an object that our conscious mind illuminates like a spotlight.

But what is the object of focus, and what controls where our attention goes? That’s what we are diving into today, because it takes us directly to what conscious mind is, and answers the question how we can have more focus.

What is Covered:

-The dynamics of focus and attention

-What controls where the spotlight of our focus goes

-What happens when the object of focus is identity threat

-Why our mind confuses and focus on the things that are not real

-Two questions to help you clear your focus

-How we can liberate our attention and our mind
